Cycling at the Olympics has gotten underway with a packed schedule of popular events to come and Team GB will be aiming to win medals. Laura and Jason Kenny lead the medal hopefuls for Great Britain at Tokyo 2020 having won five medals between them at Rio 2016.

Jason Kenny is the defending Olympic champion in the keirin and sprint while Laura Kenny is aiming to win the omnium and team pursuit again.

They are joined by Ed Clancy, Kian Emadi, Ethan Hayter, Charlie Tanfield, Ethan Vernon, Matt Walls, Ollie Wood, Katie Archibald, Elinor Barker, Ellie Dickinson, Neah Evans, Josie Knight, Jack Carlin, Phil Hindes, Ryan Owens, Joe Truman, Lauren Bate, Sophie Capewell and Katy Marchant.

No fans will be inside the Izu Velodrome cheering Great Britain on but it’s still set to be one of the most watched events of the Olympics.
