Missing rugby star Levi Davis feared to have drowned as family speak out
The family of missing rugby star Levi Davis fear he may have drowned at sea following an update from Spanish police.
The 24-year-old former professional rugby player has not been seen since October 29 in Barcelona, with his phone last detected to be at the city's main train station.
Davis posted and deleted an Instagram video days before his disappearance in which he claimed to have been blackmailed following an appearance on The X Factor: Celebrity in 2019.

In a statement released to MailOnline on Wednesday (April 18), his mother Julie said that she and a close friend of her son, Richard Squire, had met with police for an update.
She said: "Extensive work has been done to track Levi's movements on the night of the 29 Oct and they (the police) are able to confirm that following his last reported sighting at the Hard Rock Cafe, Levi walked back down La Rambla and entered the commercial port.
"His phone last registered in the early hours of Saturday 30 October with a phone tower at the far end of the port closest to the sea entrance.
"Reports of a man in the water by staff on a cruise ship entering the port at 6.30am on 30 Oct have been investigated."
Police added that four members of staff on a cruise ship confirmed seeing a man in the water, saying that he asked for help in English.
Although a life jacket was thrown in a bid to help, Sea and Air rescue services were unable to find the person, which could've been Davis, after a search.
Levi, who bravely became the first rugby union player to come out as bisexual while still playing at Bath, posted a video on Instagram just days before his disappearance.
In that video, he said he was being blackmailed by criminals who had threatened to kill him and his family.
Davis began the clip by explaining: "My name is Levi Davis and my life is in danger. I beg that you listen and try to understand what I’m telling you."
