Eddie Hall confirms first ever MMA fight as he takes on World’s Strongest Man
Eddie Hall has confirmed he will step into the octagon when he squares off with the World's Strongest Man, Mitchell Hooper, in February.
Finishers Championship posted on their website: "Get ready for the fight event you’ve been waiting for. Launching 2024. Top MMA fighters settling the score on unfinished business. 12 match eliminator. $300 million USD prize money. Celebrities. Royalty."
And Hall confirmed he will be squaring off with Hooper with an Instagram post, when he asked fans "who you got?" Hooper is currently the World's Strongest Man, which is the same title that Hall won back in 2017.

Hall moved into combat sports when he took on friend turned rival Hafthor 'Thor' Bjornsson in March 2022. However, the Englishman was beaten by the Icelander in the ring, with Hall's rival triumphing via unanimous decision.
Bjornsson announced his retirement from the sport after the bout, while speaking to The Sun earlier this year, Hall admitted it's "something I might pick up after the bodybuilding adventure again".
Hall will now take on Hopper in February when the two clash in the Middle East.
