An undercard fight at UFC 294 was declared a no-contest after one fighter was kicked in between his legs and crumpled over.
In the bantamweight fight between Javid Basharat and Victor Henry in Abu Dhabi, Basharat unleashed a kick that seemed to be intended for Henry’s thigh.
Instead, it struck Henry square in the groin – leading to Henry instantly grabbing his privates before falling face-first onto the mat.
That led to a bizarre encounter with the doctor overseeing the match telling Henry that he was, in fact, not kicked in the balls.
‘No, it wasn’t your balls. He didn’t kick your balls,’ the doctor said.

Referee Daniel Movahedi disagreed with the doctor’s assessment, calling a foul and ending the bout.
The match between the Afghani Basharat and the Los Angeles native Henry was declared a ‘no contest’ due to an unintentional foul, according to the UFC’s official Twitter account.
Later on the broadcast, Anik revealed that Henry vomited backstage and was being taken to a local hospital.
