Horse racing jockey Rachael Blackmore has become the first female jockey ever to win the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham.
The 11/10 favourite duo saw off their competition in the final straight at the famous course, winning by 6 1/2 lengths.
Speaking to ITV after the victory, the 31-year-old said: "Absolutely incredible. I am speechless to be honest. I really am. I can't believe we just won the Champion Hurdle.
"Incredible! Unbelievable for everyone in the yard, they all work so hard.
"It doesn't matter what you are. We are jockeys. It is just a privilege to be here."
It also means that Blackmore and Honeysuckle have continued their unbeaten run, stretching to 11 races without defeat.
Honeysuckle had a tough start to the race, striding fifth at the start but eventually chased down Silver Streak for the win.
It saw Blackmore finish ahead of Paul Townend on Sharjah, with Aiden Coleman and Epatante finshing third.
Trainer Henry de Bromhead said after the Champion Hurdle win: "It is amazing.
"You dream about it. Honeysuckle is amazing and what a partnership she has with Rachael, who was amazing. She was so cool throughout the race."
Blackmore and Honeysuckle have been racing together in November 2018 at Fairyhouse.
Thier win at Cheltenham sees the pair add the Champions Hurdle trophy to their Mares' Hurdle, two Irish Champion Hurdles and two Hatton's Grace wins in the cabinet.
Former jockey Kate Walsh told the BBC: "Absolutely brilliant. I just think it is brilliant.
