The golf superstar has been moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre after a surgery for two open fractures, a shattered ankle and other injuries. Mr Woods suffered the injuries after a horrific single-car accident near the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes, about 30 miles south of downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday. In an update posted to the 15-time golfing champion’s Twitter page, his representatives said: “Tiger has moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and received follow-up procedures on his injuries this morning. The procedures were successful, and he is now recovering and in good spirits.”
