Deen the Great got a little carried away following his victory at the Misfits Boxing show – calling out actual greats of the sport Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia.
The YouTuber retained his lightweight belt in Manchester with a unanimous victory over Walid Sharks. Deen was naturally delighted with his performance, so much so that he immediately started calling for fights against two of the best pound-for-pound stars, specifically lightweight titans Davis and Garcia.
Deen declared: “I did everything I said I was going to do so give me some f****** respect. Now I want to smoke with Gervonta, I want to smoke with Ryan Garcia. I want to smoke with everybody, all the pros.”

Deen, a social media influencer with more than 350,000 followers on Instagram alone, didn’t come through the bout unscathed though, claiming to have dislocated his shoulder during the fight before it popped back in. He also said he had damaged his right hand.
The chances of him getting in the ring with the likes of Davis and Garcia appear to be remote given their standing in the fight game. The pair, who are great rivals, met in a grudge match in Las Vegas earlier this year, with Davis emerging victorious following a seventh-round stoppage.

“I didn’t think that body shot would end it, but I saw his facial expression and that’s what made me take it to him,” said Davis (now 29-0, 27KOs).
“It was a good shot, for sure. I thought he was going to get up, but I like to play mind games, so when he was looking at me, I was looking at him trying to tell him ‘get up’. He just shook his head, ‘no’.”
