World’s Scariest Man breaks punch bag in footage that will worry Iranian Hulk
The World's Scariest Man has broken a punch bag in new training footage that will worry the Iranian Hulk ahead of their bout.
Martyn Ford is set to meet fellow bodybuilder Sajjad Gharibi in the ring at the O2 Arena in London on April 2 and has been sharing his training regime on social media.
In the latest footage, the 39-year-old can be seen laying into a punch bag machine, with the force of his punches loosening the bolts holding the machine to the gym floor.
This causes the machine to rock back and forth as it appears on the verge of toppling over.
Ford ends the video by laughing into the camera in celebration, whilst the cameraman can be heard exclaiming: "oh s***".
The bodybuilder and actor uploaded the footage to his Instagram account, along with the caption: “So… what was supposed to be a light session ended up with a game of, can you knock the machine out the floor.
“Oh course we can… WYGNF… we have 5 weeks to get punching properly, 5 weeks to polish this up, 5 weeks to do nothing else but focus on the task in hand… and someone has 5 weeks to think of as many excuses as he can as to why he can't make it.
“April can’t come fast enough… who you got to win??”
Who will win the fight between Martyn Ford and Sajjad Gharibi? Let us know in the comments section below.
He and Gharibi, who is nicknamed the Iranian Hulk, are set to fight as the main event on a card at the O2 on the opening weekend in April.
The star-studded card also includes a host of former Love Island contestants as well as Champions League winner Patrice Evra and ex-footballer Jamie O'Hara.
Whilst Ford has kept his intimidating muscular build for the fight, he has gone through a massive transformation since his teenage years.
The hulking bodybuilder and actor is almost unrecognisable from his days as a skinny cricketer during the early 2000s.
Both himself and Gharibi have traded insults and shared training footage as their rivalry intensifies ahead of the bout in less than two months time.
