Tyson Fury going on “blackout” for two months to focus on Dillian Whyte fight
Tyson Fury will be on our screens yet again after Dillian Whyte signed his contract to take on the WBC world heavyweight champion, but we won't be seeing anything from him until April 23.
Fury has announced that he will be stepping away from all forms of social media, and has even asked friends not to text him as he focuses all of his attention on the upcoming fight.
Their bout is already just two months away, and Whyte finally put an end to Fury's claims that he was 'ducking him' as he put pen to paper just hours before the deadline expired at 6am on Tuesday.
The wait is almost over for the all-British clash that has been in the pipeline for years, and Fury is clearly taking it very seriously.
Fury uploaded one final video to his Twitter account before starting his 'blackout', with the caption: "About to go on total blackout until after the fight, April 23 2022."
In his video, Fury said: "I'm about to go off social media completely for the next eight and a half weeks. Got to go into training camp to give Dillian Whyte all the respect in the world.
