Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua's fight is moving closer to happening.
We have received a draft contract this week from Eddie Hearn – as he has mentioned in an interview – and we are now looking over it all.
Unfortunately, we cannot go into the details as we are bound by certain agreements as talks continue.
But the confidence is there that the heavyweight showdown will happen this year.
And that will be brilliant news for boxing as we continue to battle through these tough times.
I know everyone is desperate to get back out and back to normal.
But having suffered first-hand how bad coronavirus is then I really understand why we need to abide by these restrictions.
I spent eight days in hospital with COVID-19 over the Christmas period and got to witness the tremendous work the NHS is doing in dealing with the virus.
But they are really up against it trying to care for so many patients who are literally struggling to breathe while also looking after patients with other problems.
Frank Warren promised Carl Frampton they'd make history together – and it's coming true
The virus sucks the life out of you, I saw a guy who had been in hospital for five months and another who had a blood clot on his lungs.
The NHS staff are unbelievably selfless people to put themselves at risk while treating people who are positive with the virus.
Their workload defies belief.
We need to help protect them and anyone who denies this virus exists or thinks it is all one big hoax needs to realise how wrong they are.
Eddie Hearn confirms when lucrative Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury contract will be signed
Now I'm lucky to be back home but only thanks to the great work of the NHS staff who took care of me.
And being back to full health, I'm working along with everyone else to get the Fury and Joshua fight agreed.
Hopefully all parties will agree terms to get the biggest fight out there on.
Hopefully we can give more news soon on the fight but in the meantime we continue to work hard on other shows as we prepare to return kicking off with Carl Frampton against Jamel Herring for the WBO super-featherweight title next month.
