Ricky Hatton’s son wins in 90 seconds as fans fawn over Man City-themed robes

Campbell Hatton produced a sublime performance at the O2 Arena to dispatch opponent Louis Fielding, taking down his compatriot in just 90 seconds.

The son of Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton, Campbell Hatton's impressive win saw the Mancunian boxer defeat Fielding courtesy of a first-round stoppage on the Anthony Joshua versus Jermaine Franklin undercard.

Adorned in the away colours of Manchester City, Hatton showed off his speed and ferocity against Fielding, which eventually culminated in the former delivering a devastating body blow that left the latter on his knees.

And speaking to DAZN, a buoyant Hatton, who moved to 11-0 professionally, was delighted with the result but insisted he still has plenty of room to improve.

Hatton said: "We work on everything, at this stage of my career, everything can improve.

"The main thing we have been going over in my head is to just take my time and pick my shots because in the past I've had the mindset of going there and trying to bulldoze people and throw a lot of shots and I've shown myself what I can do there when I just pick on and I take my time.

"There's no going back now. Professional boxing, eight rounds, there's no rush and obviously it didn't go over eight but I think I had that eight round mindset where I've got bags of time and it's just going to help me."
