Oleksandr Usyk’s manager draws on Anthony Joshua’s Range Rover in cheeky stunt
Oleksandr Usyk's manager has cheekily drawn "Usyk" onto the side of Anthony Joshua's Range Rover ahead of their heavyweight bout on Saturday evening.
In his first fight since defeating Kubrat Pulev via a ninth-round knockout in December, Joshua returns to the ring to defend his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO belts against Ukrainian challenger Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
It had been hoped AJ would fight Tyson Fury in a unification bout. The duo had supposedly agreed a contest before an arbitration judge ordered the Gypsy King to complete his trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder.
So instead, Joshua will face undefeated Usyk who has made the step up to heavyweight having obtained WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO belts at Cruiserweight level.
In his previous fight The Cat defeated Derek Chisora via unanimous decision, setting himself up as the prime challenger to AJ.
And ahead of the contest on Saturday evening, Usyk's manager has been caught drawing on Joshua's Range Rover.
In a video posted on Twitter by Sky Sports, Egis Klimas wrote the name of his client in dust on the side of the 4×4 after claiming "what is this?"
Klimas then films himself cheekily scribbling 'Usyk' onto the passenger door with a grin on his face.
