Boxing legend Mike Tyson has issued a stern warning to son Amir, after the 24-year-old reportedly called out Logan Paul to a boxing match.
In a recent episode of Tyson’s ‘Hotboxin’ podcast, which featured guest stars David Benavidez and Henry Cejudo, Iron Mike discussed the rise of Logan and Jake Paul.
Tyson told his guests that his oldest son, Amir, was desperate to fight the older of the Paul brothers in an exhibition fight.
While Paul is clearly not the best boxer in the world, having not won a single fight in his three-fight career, Tyson claimed he was not keen on his son sharing a ring with the YouTube star.
“He wants to fight Logan Paul and those guys. He wants to do that.
“I said, ‘Man, just get a job. Get a real estate license. Just chill out, man. Why can’t you take advantage of your lightweight wealthiness? Just chill’.
“You don’t want none of that heat. I’m telling you. This drives people to commit suicide, getting humiliated in front of millions of people.
“You gotta be able to take that pressure and heat. Not many people can do it.”

While a clash between Paul and Amir would be interesting, the Maverick has reportedly already lined up his next fight.
According to a leaked Instagram DM uploaded by Conor McGregor’s training partner Dillon Danis, Paul is set to face UFC legend Anderson Silva on September 19 in Dubai.
While MMA fans have already blasted the prospect of a bout between the Spider and Paul, the 46-year-old Silva has previously hinted that he would be interested in a clash against one of the Paul brothers.
The bout is set to take place just a few months after Paul’s impressive showing in his exhibition match against Floyd Mayweather in June.
While Mayweather was expected to knockout Paul without breaking much of a sweat, the YouTuber stunned fans by surviving the full eight-rounds.
Due to the bout’s unique ruleset, no winner was declared and while some suggested Mayweather wasn’t trying at all and could’ve ended the fight whenever he wanted, others argued Paul had claimed the moral victory.
