Just 48 hours out from their Misfits fight at the Manchester Arena, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis had to be forced apart by a wave of security after throwing items at one another during a face-off on Thursday.
In what would have been one of their final face-to-face meetings prior to Saturday's card, the pair were poised to step into a specially built cage for a tense head-to-head. However, they couldn't even make it that far after hurling projectiles at one another as soon as they came within stepping distance of one another.
Paul was guilty of casting the first stone and threw a bottle underhand at his opponent, who is being sued by fiance Nina Agdal for harassment. Danis promptly responded by pelting a microphone at his foe's head – and it appears the former Brazilian jiu jitsu champion won the battle.

That's after Paul was seen grabbing his face and reportedly left bleeding as a result of the incident, with Danis posting a photo of a blood trail on the backstage floor with the caption: "Play with fire get burnt p***y." Some have speculated the cut could even cause the cancellation of the fight after months of build-up.
A sea of security flooded in too late to prevent the commotion but intervened to stop any further damage as the pair were split apart. Danis wore a fur coat and no shirt in form of tribute to former training partner Conor McGregor, mimicking his pre-fight throwing tactics in turn.
Paul took to X – formerly Twitter – after the scuffle and wrote "This Saturday we catching a Predator," suggesting he's confident the fight remains on. However, it was Danis and back-up fighter Mike Perry who performed the face-off, casting doubt as to whether that's the case.
Will Dillon Danis beat Logan Paul if the pair's fight goes ahead? Let us know in the comments section below.
Many boxing fans will be devastated if the fight is cancelled considering the amount of effort that's been put into one of the greatest rivalries of the influencer boxing era. Both Danis and Paul have been relentless in their back-and-forth, to the point where they were unable to keep their frustrations under wraps for just 48 more hours.
In the vent Paul is ruled unable to fight, it's possible reserve fighter Perry – the former UFC fighter and bare knuckle brawler – could be promoted to the main card. It's ironic that 'Platinum' was put on standby as a replacement for Danis – who has backed out of fights in the past – but could now fill in for the injured Paul brother.
KSI takes on Tommy Fury at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday, October 14th as he hopes to cause an upset. Logan Paul will also be fighting at the event in front of what is expected to be a sell-out crowd.
From £40 to £2,000
Spectators in Manchester were at least able to see Paul and Danis participate in a head-to-head chat prior to the chaos unfolding, featuring questions from the crowd. Paul even brought out former 'To Catch a Predator' presenter Chris Hansen in reference to Danis' incessant posts regarding his wife-to-be.
Meanwhile, Saturday headliners Tommy Fury and KSI managed to make it into the custom-built cage for their face-off with no issues whatsoever. That's despite Fury's dad, John, attempting to hit KSI with a bottle himself at a separate event before headbutting a wall on Thursday as his son squared up.
