Jake Paul’s prize money and purse after Tyron Woodley win in toughest fight yet
Jake Paul will be taking home a huge purse from his latest boxing victory against Tyron Woodley.
The YouTuber made it four professional wins from four as he secured a split-decision victory against the former UFC fighter.
Fans were treated to an entertaining bout as it went for the full eight rounds, the first time the 24-year-old has been taken to the last bell.
But it seems that it was worth it for Paul if his reported purse via The Mirror is anything to go by.
While it has not yet been officially released by the Ohio Athletic Commission, the American is expected to earn more than his last fight against Ben Askren in April.
The four-fight boxer took £500,000 before PPV sales were considered but the YouTuber claimed on Instagram he took a share of $75m [£54.5m] from 1.5m sales.
Paul said Woodley would earn four times his regular pay from UFC, having been released earlier this year.
With this fee estimated at $2m [£1.5m], it would take the YouTuber’s fee from the fight up to $2m [£3.6m].

This was praised earlier in the week by the Malki Kawa, Woodley’s manager, who said: "The money is good.
"He’s making a seven-figure payday, and it’s not like $1m. It’s more.
“And we get a piece of everything as well, so we expect him to walk out of here with a substantial payday for his first fight in boxing."
But Paul also put something back into the fight night in Cleveland, Ohio, as he paid the purse for each fighter on the night – including rival Tommy Fury and Brit Daniel Dubois.
He told Mirror Fighting: “ It's coming out of my pockets for sure, like, directly out of my purse.
"Everyone on the card is getting the biggest pay-day that they've ever had as a fighter and that's just part of my movement.
"Look, these fighters deserve more and I want everyone to be excited and I want everyone to know that we as fighters should take care of each other."
While Showtime Boxing chief Stephen Espinoza added: “I’ll tell you something behind the scenes and I’ve never had it happen quite this way.
“When we’re putting together the card and we’re working with the promoter and his advisor Nakisa [Bidarian, BAVAFA Sports boss], Jake made it a point to ask 'what is each fighter making?'
"He was asking 'are the women’s fighters, are those fighters being paid appropriately? Are the other fighters, the people we’re bringing over from the UK, are they being paid appropriately?'"
