Jake Paul will eat "Krispy Kreme doughnuts" to fight Mike Tyson at heavyweight
Jake Paul has claimed he is down for a heavyweight bout against Mike Tyson and is prepared to munch as many Krispy Kreme doughnuts as it takes to make the fight happen.
The YouTube star, 25, has already fought in several high-stake encounters, boasting a 5-0 professional boxing record. The Problem Child recorded a knockout victory in his most recent bout, defeating Tyron Woodley in the sixth round who was a last-minute replacement for Tommy Fury.
Now Paul is desperate to enter the ring with former world champion Tyson and is prepared to pile on the pounds to make the fight a heavyweight clash. The YouTuber has joked he is ready to "start eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts" in order to step up to the top-ranking glamour division.
He told The Journey Podcast: "I would step up to Mike Tyson for sure. I joke with my friends about it, and I’m like I’ll start eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts and move up to Heavy Weight and take on Mike Tyson.
"That fight would actually excite me because that’s actually a $200 million dollar, $300 million dollar event. Mike Tyson, bro, if you’re watching this, let’s have some fun. New school vs old school. I think that’s something fans would want to see."

Rumours sparked at the turn of the year surrounding a mega-money clash between Paul and Tyson and it was believed that a fight agreement had been struck for a £36m purse. However, since then, Iron Mike has categorically denied any accordance and jibed that he would only engage in a bout with Paul for an astronomical sum of money.
The 55-year-old claimed it would take $1bn (£760m) for him to step into the ring again. Tyson last fought in an eight-round exhibition bout in 2020 against Roy Jones Jr but has flirted the idea of a return to boxing with fans on social media.
