Jake Paul mocks Tommy Fury after Tyson warns ‘dosser’ he will be ‘annihilated’
The build-up to the Jake Paul and Tommy Fury fight in December is well and truly underway after the YouTuber mercilessly mocked Fury via Instagram.
After a feud which has simmered throughout 2021, the pair are finally ready to settle their differences inside a boxing ring with a bout scheduled for December 18 in Florida.
The pair were involved in a heated backstage exchange at a show in Cleveland in September, shortly after Paul had defeated former UFC star Tyron Woodley in the main event to take his professional record to 4-0.
On the undercard that night, Fury himself was victorious, beating Anthony Taylor to extend his own unbeaten run to seven fights.
The flash point paved the way for the two to negotiate a bout, although thus far rivalry has been more verbal than physical.
On Monday Tyson Fury, who is training his cousin ahead of the fight, posted a video of himself cooking Tommy a big meal of steak and eggs.
As his relative tucks in, 'The Gypsy King' shouts "the Paul's are getting annihilated," followed by his trademark shout of "dossers."
Another video also emerged of the pair post-training, where Tommy was asked by Tyson what was going to happen to his opponent, and he responded by promising he would "spark out" his rival within two rounds.
The Paul brothers were unlikely to let the clip pass without response, and sure enough, they soon posted a video imitating the British fighters, with Logan interviewing Jake after training, whilst driving him away from the session.
Who wins out of Jake Paul and Tommy Fury? Let us know in the comments section.
Asking Jake how he was feeling, 'The Problem Child' said "I'm feeling good, I'm feeling good," in a mocked up English accent clearly designed to rile the Fury's.
Logan then asked what was going to happen to Tommy Fury?
"I'm eating his a**…. I mean I'm beating his a** in two rounds," replied 'The Problem Child'.
Paul, 24, has thus far surprised pundits with his in-ring exploits, beating fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib in his pro-debut in December 2019, before wins over basketball player Nate Robinson and UFC fighter Ben Askren.
His win over a second MMA fighter in Woodley, however, was tainted by controversy with many questioning the judges' verdict.
As well as settling a bitter feud, his clash with Fury, 22, will intrigue fans who have noted he's yet to face an out and out boxer.
