Jake Paul knocked out Tyron Woodley with a savage punch that left the UFC star in agony on the canvas.

Medics rushed into the ring shortly after Woodley fell to the floor.

The referee waved off the fight instantly as Woodley received attention from medics.

It followed a hugely underwhelming fight, but Paul landed a huge right hand out of nowhere.

The first round was cagey, with both fighters finding their range and the referee breaking up spells of clinching.

Paul landing a decent right hand early in the second before more clinching was stopped by the referee.

The commentator said he believed Paul's game plan was "1,2,3 hold".

Woodley then landed a solid right hand on Paul in the third round, who began to bleed on the upper brow.

The bleeding began to flow again in the fourth round, with his corner unable to have stopped it.

His breathing also appeared to be heavy as early as the fourth.

But the bleeding seemed to have stopped by the fifth round.

The commentator said he felt "nobody wants it" after saying "the fight is there for the taking", with boos ringing out from the crowd.

They added it was "pretty tough to watch" due to neither man truly going for a knockout, and that there "had not been a good, clean shot all night".
