Jake Paul has boosted his huge net worth after Tyron Woodley KO purse

Jake Paul already boasted a mammoth net worth before his rematch with Tyron Woodley – and it's now been swelled even further.

The YouTube star emphatically ended his rivalry with former UFC fighter Woodley, brutally knocking him out in the sixth round.

It took his professional boxing record to 5-0 and left fans wondering just how far he can go in the fight game.

The scrap seemed to be meandering to an uneventful draw after a mediocre five rounds of action, before Paul landed a stunning one-punch knockout to end the bout.

It left Woodley needing treatment from the medics, and Paul revelled in his win as his stricken opponent was tended to.

"This is as real as it f***ing gets, just like my right hand," said Paul. "I told you I was going to f*** him up and I f***ed him up.

"This guy is a legend, don't take anything away from his career as a UFC champion and respect him for taking the fight on two weeks' notice.

"He's a warrior, that was a tough fight right there, he's a legend."

Woodley stepped in for a second fight with Paula after Tommy Fury withdrew through injury.

Paul walked to the ring in an outfit worth over £900,000, and may well do similar when he returns to action given his purse for his most recent win.

Woodley was known to have landed over £1.5million for the first bout – the biggest purse of his career.

That meant Paul trousered around £3.75million – and though purse details are yet to be released – both men were expected to earn at least the same amount again.

Woodley was also offered an extra bonus of around £375,000 if he could knock out Paul – but that was the fate that actually awaited him.

Paul already had a net worth of around £22million before his most recent bout – more than four times that of heavyweight legend Mike Tyson.
