Tyson Fury has called out retired British heavyweights David Haye and David Price for a fight against him next year. The Gypsy King believes both fights would still sell out UK stadiums and affirms that they are the biggest British rivalries for him alongside Anthony Joshua.

Price and Haye were involved in heated rivalries with Fury during the 2010s but neither fight came to fruition. Price – who defeated Fury in the amateur ranks back in 2006 – looked destined to box the Mancunian in 2012 at the height of his hype.

However, subsequent losses to Tony Thompson dimmed interest in the all-British showdown. Meanwhile, Haye and Fury were scheduled to face each other on two occasions in 2013 and 2014 but both dates fell through due to injuries sustained by The Hayemaker.

Similar to most of his British rivalries, Fury’s long-awaited grudge match with Joshua has also failed to get over the line as of yet. Most recently, the pair struggled to come to terms for a WBC title fight on December 3 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales with Derek Chisora stepping in instead.

Despite the problems that all three fights have faced in the past, Fury told iFL TV, that he is open to giving the domestic dust-ups another shot. “I wonder if it would still sell out a stadium if me and big old David Price had a fight. Even though he’s retired, Old Trafford or Anfield I think we sell it out for the WBC World Heavyweight title. Or even if the WBC wouldn’t sanction it, we could do it for the North West title of Great Britain,” Fury said.

“The rivalry was that big for so long, and he was the only British person to ever beat me, amateur or pro. I think it’d sell out.  And I also think that a fight with the tiebreaker would sell a stadium out. Do you think me and him [David Haye] would still sell out?

“There’s still three big rivalry fights in this country for me. Even though they ain’t active or whatever. David Price, David Haye Anthony Joshua. Three… So, if you’re out there and I know you’re still out there and I know you’re still in the gym.

“I still think three of them fights sell out a stadium, and I really do mean that. It’s all about the ‘what if?’ isn’t it?”
