Eddie Hearn reckons he’d beat Simon Jordan in a fight – but rules out Jake Paul
Eddie Hearn thinks he could take on Simon Jordan in a boxing fight – but wouldn't fancy his chances against Jake Paul.
The boxing supremo and the former Crystal Palace owner recently had an explosive round of verbal fisticuffs on the airwaves. Jordan described Hearn as a ‘snake oil salesman’ before the boxing colossus retorted with the low blow of mocking Jordan’s struggles as Palace owner.
Their verbal bout ended with a rather awkward photo with Hearn and Jordan both flanking ex-Sky Sports supremo Jim White like two older and significantly taller brothers. But when posed with the hypothetical spectacle of Hearn fighting either Jordan or the former YouTuber, Hearn made it very clear who he would fancy his chances against.

“I’m closer to 17 stone. I was 19 stone at one point”. Paul suffered his first defeat as a professional boxer when Tommy Fury narrowly overcame him via a split decision.
Aside from a brief period where he appeared to justify his loss by claiming to have been suffering with illness and the ramification of a “wet dream,” Paul has been relatively quiet by his bellowing standards. Meanwhile, Hearn has been anything but quiet recently as he is currently promoting ‘The New Dawn’ of Anthony Joshua.
