Eddie Hall puts Wilder and Joshua to shame by breaking punch machine
Eddie Hall showed off his immense power as he ‘broke’ a punch machine over the weekend.
The 2017 winner of World’s Strongest Man attended the Arnold Sports Festival where he decided to put his strength to the test.
The strongman hit the bag with all his might and as the number counting the force of the blow continued to climb, it suddenly stopped working.
The machine was located at the Bio-Synergy stand, who tweeted about Hall’s feat of strength.
They wrote: “Think@eddiehallWSMbroke our machine@Facebook ,@instagramand@WhatsAppwith that punch.”
The 33-year-old is set to face Hafthor Bjornsson in a boxing match, but due to a triceps injury he suffered, the bout has been postponed to 2022.
The Icelandic strongman is the first person to have won the Arnold Strongman Classic, Europe's Strongest Man and World's Strongest Man in the same calendar year.
In a YouTube interview with strongman Luke Fullbrook, Hall said: “I’m very confident. You know how seriously I take things. I have shown absolutely zero content in terms of how good, or bad, I am.
“I’m just going to let my fists do the talking. He can say or do whatever he wants, but at the end of the day I’m going to knock him out.

“All that matters to me is that he’s getting knocked out."
He added: “I haven’t even started the mental game with Thor and he’s already calling me a bully. He better get a grip of himself as it’s going to get a lot worse.
“Those press conferences are going to be very stressful for him.”
Following a first round win against Devon Larratt, the former Game of Thrones star Bjornsson vowed to knock him out when the pair go head to head.
“You guys know who I want to fight, come on who is it?", he said.
"I know he is at home chilling on the sofa with his popcorn and cola, enjoy your life buddy I am gonna knock you out soon.”
