Dillon Danis has continued to goad his rival Logan Paul, taking to Twitter to mock him over Nina Agdal’s lawsuit.
Agdal, Paul’s fiancee, has sued Danis and filed for a restraining order following his incessant trolling.
Danis, who will face Paul in the ring on October 14, has continuously used Danish model Agdal as a way to target his opponent.
Danis was served with the papers this week after repeatedly dodging the process server.
However, he has continued to target both Agdal and Paul and attempted to make light of the lawsuit on Friday.
Dillon Danis has taken to social media to mock Logan Paul over his fiancee’s lawsuit
Danis tweeted: ‘Logan Paul has broken a record as the first person to sue their opponent before they fight in the history of any combat sports. That’s wild!’
He later added: ‘Evander Holyfield didn’t sue Mike Tyson for biting off his ear. Let that sink in.’
Agdal claims in the suit that she has suffered humiliation, emotional distress and reputational harm.
The former Victoria’s Secret model alleged that an August 11 post shared by Danis in particular violated federal and state law.
The post, she claims, featured a sexually explicit image of her from a ‘romantic encounter’ she had with someone more than 10 years ago.
Danis has continuously launched personal attacks on Nina Agdal in the build up to the fight
‘Danis posted the photograph – entirely uncensored – from his X (formerly Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,’ Agdal wrote in the suit. ‘Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.’
The 31-year-old claimed that Danis agreed to remove the post only after the organizers of his fight with Paul, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the showdown unless he deleted it.
Danis responded to the suit via X, informing his followers that he could not offer much comment at this time.
Agdal also said other posts have left her upset, including a video of her from more than six years ago, he tweeted out on August 28 in which she talked about her ‘desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.’
Agdal, who previously enjoyed a one-year relationship with Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, says in the now-viral clip: ‘By the way, I’m very proud of myself because this is the longest I’ve gone without sex since I’ve started.
‘Obviously, it’s driving me crazy. I am struggling, I need penis inside of me, ASAP.’
She concludes the video by saying: ‘So if any of you guys know a good d*** that doesn’t have STD’s on it. I’ll take it, right here.’
Agdal claims the video was saved in her Snapchat archive, ‘suggesting Danis had hacked (her) personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so.’
The case also states that although Agdal ‘had self-recorded that video, she never sent that private video recording to anyone.’
The Dane is seeking unspecified damages but no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.
She also filed for a restraining order, which was temporarily granted with an injunction also granted against Danis from posting any content about her that was ‘obtained without consent’ or ‘sexually explicit photographs’ of her.
Danis has been unapologetic over his trolling, claiming it is helping to promote the October 14 fight.
Despite Danis’s attacks, Paul insisted last month that his relationship with Agdal is only stronger.
