Conor McGregor weighs more than Logan Paul after ‘heavyweight’ bulking
Conor McGregor has been hitting the gym hard during his recovery and now has the build of a heavyweight boxer.
The Irishman has beefed up tremendously and is currently heavier than Logan Paul was during his fight with Floyd Mayweather earlier this year, despite the fact the American is around five inches taller than him.
McGregor claims he now weighs 190lbs and has been showing off his new frame on social media.
Meanwhile Paul weighed in at 189.5lbs for his flight with Mayweather.
Over the weekend McGregor posted photos of himself looking seriously jacked on Twitter, along with the caption: "190lbs of granite."
The 33-year-old is gearing up for a huge return to the Octagon next year after breaking his tibia against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July.
UFC president Dana White has likened his comeback to the Rocky franchise.
"He obviously still has the desire to compete," White said on The Jim Rome Podcast.
"You don’t ever hear Conor going, 'You know what, man? I just don’t have the desire for this anymore.' You now what I mean.
"Yes, he’s obviously very rich, and he’s training like Rocky in Rocky III.
"But he still has the desire to compete and the desire to fight, and we’ll see what happens. He’s chomping at the bit to get back in there and compete again."
White predicted that McGregor would be ready to fight by around April with the Irishman eyeing what would be a fourth bout against Poirier – though matches against Nate Diaz, Michael Chandler and Justin Gaethje have also been rumoured.

Last week, McGregor said he wanted to use the titanium rod implanted in his leg after surgery as a weapon in his comeback fight.
"I cannot wait to wrap this steel bar in my leg across the neck of a future opponent," he said.
"I am counting down the seconds until I get to launch this weapon."
