Bare-knuckle boxer Pearl Gonzalez recovering from surgery as she plans return
Pearl Gonzalez has shared a series of flaunting images on her social media as she recovers from surgery in hope of making a boxing return.
The former UFC star has been competing in the bare-knuckle boxing label BKFC where she was recently defeated by Britain Hart.
Gonzalez required surgery to amend her injuries which have prevented her from performing to the top of her abilities during her time at the label.
She has now hinted at a comeback, tweeting : "Surgery but make it sexy, having surgery today: an injury I’ve waited long enough to take care of.
"I haven’t been able to grapple or kick because of it, and that was my reason for focusing on boxing this year."
Gonzalez also used the opportunity to invite her army of followers to her subscription site for exclusive content priced at around $10 a month.
The American star previously competed in the UFC but lost both of her bouts in 2017 before making a switch to MMA label Invicta FC.
She endured a mixed spell during her time with the promotion winning four of her six fights up until 2020 where she made a switch to bare-knuckle boxing.
A winning debut seemed to put Gonzalez's career back on track in a new sport winning her first fight against Charisa Sigala by unanimous decision over the summer.
She later fought Britain Hart where she was defeated by Hart before announcing she was hanging up her gloves to pursue other interests.
However Gonzalez is now confident of making a return to fighting action and believes she can make a career-best comeback after her recovery.

The 35-year-old has continued to go viral for her collection of snaps in addition to her appearance on a premium subscription service.
Her former opponent Hart explained her view on the use of the platform alongside a fighting career and was uncertain how it could be balanced.
Hart told MMA Fighting : “To me, it seems like these fighters that have talent, realise it, they get exposed, and then they go to OnlyFans and they’re like, ‘Yay, you notice me as a fighter but let me go ahead and use my fight money to get fake t***, or get a fake a**, or to get a fake nose.
“So what’s really your priority? What you look like, or being a fighter? "To me, she kind of falls into one of those categories. She’s not somebody to me that I feel is gonna be 100 percent dedicated to the fight game, and it’s kind of sad.
“There’s a lot of people, even friends that I have, they get hooked on this OnlyFans thing and what do they do? They spend hours and hours in front of the camera, talk to the fans and do whatever they f******* do on there to make money."
