Brock Lesnar WWE return date after Clash of Champions – When is the UFC hero coming back?
Brock Lesnar will return to WWE on SmackDown’s move to FOX on October 4.
Lesnar has been performing on a part-time basis with Vince McMahon’s promotion ever since his return to wrestling from UFC in 2012.
The Beast hasn’t competed in a single episode of RAW or SmackDown ever since his comeback and has instead been wrestling in major Pay-Per-View shows like SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, Survivor Series and of course WrestleMania.
The Conqueror’s schedule didn’t change even during his last four world title reigns and that frustrated the fans as they didn’t get to see the WWE or Universal Champion on a full-time basis for a long time.
WWE Clash of Champions LIVE RESULTS
The ex-UFC Heavyweight Champion’s most recent appearance took place last month at SummerSlam where he lost the Universal Championship to Seth Rollins.
Lesnar’s next appearance hasn’t been certain since his defeat in the biggest Pay-Per-View event of the summer.
WWE, though, have confirmed that the seven-time world champion will return for SmackDown’s 20th anniversary next month, which falls on the same date as the blue brand’s move to FOX.
However, Brad Shepard claims that the ex-WWE Champion will be coming back earlier than that.
Shepard told the Oh, You Didn’t Know Patron: “According to a source in WWE, Brock Lesnar is expected to return to WWE TV very soon – as in, pre-SD on FOX.”
Lesnar will be linking up with a number of other WWE legends at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
WWE Hall of Famers Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Sting and Goldberg are set to appear on SmackDown’s milestone episode.
The Undertaker has also been advertised for the historic SmackDown episode next month.
They will be joining some of the promotion’s biggest stars like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles and more.
Lesnar has a lot of history with SmackDown as he shone bright during his first run with some amazing feuds agaisnt Kurt Angle, Undertaker, Big Show and more.
