Real Madrid fan shows off brutal shirt aimed at Mbappe at Champions League final

One Real Madrid fan showed off a shirt with a brutal dig aimed at Kylian Mbappe ahead of the Champions League final on Saturday.

The fan could be seen inside the Stade de France holding a PSG shirt that read: 'Mbappe 0 Champions League'. The Frenchman had looked set to swap Paris for Madrid, but a 90th-minute u-turn saw him remain in France.

And Real fans were quick to remind the young superstar exactly what he was missing as Madrid romped their way to another European triumph. Vinicius Jr's strike was the difference between Madrid and Liverpool in the French capital.

Mbappe said: “I’m very happy to continue this adventure, to stay in France, in Paris, my city. I always said Paris was my home.

“I hope I will continue doing what I love the most, which is to carry on playing football and winning trophies."

Mbappe announced his intention to stay at PSG ahead of their final home game of the season, and he was presented to the crowd ahead of kick-off. Reports suggest that Madrid presented Florentino Perez personally informed the Real side that Mbappe wouldn't be joining them.
