Manchester United vs Liverpool live stream: How to watch FA Cup fixture online and on TV today

Manchester United host Liverpool at Old Trafford in the FA Cup on Sunday.

The great rivals played out a goalless draw in the Premier League last weekend, and both sides will be desperate to get one over the other in the domestic cup.

The Red Devils returned to winning ways on Wednesday night, defeating Fulham after going behind thanks to goals from Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are two points clear at the top of the league after the win, and they will be confident facing Liverpool at home.

United are unbeaten in their last seven matches against Liverpool at Old Trafford, and the visitors have struggled to find the net recently.

The Reds have scored in one game since the turn of the year – a 4-1 win over an Aston Villa side that resembled a youth team in the FA Cup third round.

Jurgen Klopp’s men also suffered their first defeat at Anfield in 68 games when they fell 1-0 to Burnley in mid-week, and Liverpool will have to be wary of their great rivals on Sunday.

What is the team news?

Dean Henderson and Alex Telles could be handed starts for United, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will still field a strong team – so Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire and Edinson Cavani are all in line to play once more.

Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino are set to return to the starting line-up while Sadio Mane will be rested, but Jordan Henderson could miss out with a muscle injury. Diogo Jota and Naby Keita are out.

Predicted line-ups

Manchester United: Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Telles, McTominay, Matic, Rashford, Fernandes, Pogba, Cavani

Liverpool: Alisson, Williams, Phillips, Fabinho, Tsimikas, Milner, Thiago, Jones, Salah, Firmino, Minamino

Odds

Manchester United: 8/5

Draw: 5/2

Liverpool: 8/5

Prediction

Liverpool are criminally out of form, particularly after the home loss to Burnley, while Manchester United continue to grind out favourable results. Both sides will go for the win in a game that could define their seasons, for better and worse, but I think the home side will prevail. Manchester United 1-0 Liverpool.
