Erling Haaland says Jack Grealish "has to get better" after first Man City goal
Erling Haaland was full of praise for new Manchester City team-mate Jack Grealish – but insists he still needs to get better.
City secured a 1-0 friendly victory over Bayern Munich, in which Haaland scored his first goal for the club. The Norway international striker found the back of the net from a Grealish cross in the only goal of the fixture at the Lambeau Field in Wisconsin as Pep Guardiola's new look system took shape.
Although Haaland was pleased with the vibe given off by the England international, he has since admitted that they both need to improve before the Premier League season begins.

Haaland said of the style of play: "As you probably all know I have been watching a lot of City games for the last years and last year has been without a striker so of course I've been seeing myself in this kind of situations today."
Adding of his new connection with Grealish: "He's good, he has to get better, I have to get better.
"But it's a good link and I like the vibe around him so it's going to be fun."

Haaland also discussed the opposition and how he was glad to end a run of defeats he suffered with Borussia Dortmund against the dominant Bundesliga force.
He said: "First time win against Bayern after seven losses in a row so to win against Bayern feels good and it was good to get a test before Liverpool in the week."
City take on Liverpool in the Community Shield at Wembley on Saturday July 30 with their first league fixture of the season coming against West Ham on August 7.
Guardiola's men have now won four of the last five Premier League titles in their own era of dominance – but the Spanish boss isn't expecting their striker to immediately find his best form.
He said: "He scored a goal, it's important, these type of balls in front of the keeper always he's there. The first minutes, he needs more rhythm more time.
"Already had 40 minutes, that's good for him. We see how he reacts to the niggles he had in previous weeks. When we're back we have long weeks to prepare for weekend games and this period, two, three weeks we will get the best from him."
