Aaron Ramsdale mocks Arsenal team-mate Rob Holding in live Sky Sports interview

Arsenal fans have been left in hysterics after Aaron Ramsdale's savage comments on his team-mate's alleged hair transplant during his post-match interview on Sunday.

Rob Holding opened the scoring against West Ham – his first Premier League goal. However, it didn't save him from Ramsdale's cheeky comments after the game as he aimed at his lack of goals and hairline.

Holding told Sky Sports: "I mean, I've scored a few Carabao Cup goals, it's nice to get my first Premier League goal, and hopefully, I can build on that and get some more." But Holding could hardly finish before Ramsdale said: “Only took six years and a new hairline.”

One fan joked: "Nonchalantly dissing his teammates. Even commented on Tomiyasu’s massive head once."

"He didn’t have to violate Holding like that tho," a second added. A third added: "That is an outrageous thing to say on live television!"

However, not all were impressed with the comments: "A proud moment for Rob Holding and Ramsdale has to ruin it with an unnecessary comment. What a despicable human being he is."

Arsenal moved back into the Champions League spots with the win over the Hammers after Tottenham had beat Leicester earlier in the day.

Holding added: "It’s going to be touch and go at times. If we can control what we do, that’s all we can worry about. We’re going to need everyone, staff included, to do this."
