3 Premier League clubs who should buy £15m Lacazette from Arsenal in January

Alexandre Lacazette's highly anticipated move from Lyon to Arsenal hasn't really gone as the London side would have hoped.

In France, Lacazette was a highly regarded goalscorer, but at Arsenal, the Frenchman has played second fiddle to Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang.

Mikel Arteta reportedly hoped to bag £15million for him over the summer, and teams could swoop in for even less in January.

Lacazette's contract is up next summer, and it's unlikely he will resign with the Gunners, according to football.london, leaving the possibility of him leaving on a free.

And Daily Star Sport looks at three possible destinations for the French striker.

West Ham

West Ham currently only have one option at the top of the park, Michail Antonio.

And while Antonio has been coping just fine by himself, David Moyes may look to bolster his attacking options – and European chances – with the addition of Lacazette.

According to 90min.com, the Hammers are interested in his services at a cut-price in January.

Should the 30-year-old rediscover his goalscoring touch at the London Stadium, he could prove to be a valuable asset to the Hammers squad in the short term.

Newly-minted Newcastle United are in the market for their first statement signing under their new ownership.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Newcastle are interested in bring Lacazette to St James Park in January.

The Frenchman would be tasked with firing the Magpies clear of the relegation zone to ensure Premier League survival this campaign.

Newcastle are currently lacking a reliable striker, and Lacazette could prove to be that individual.

Everton

Lacazette could prove to form a great 'big man little man' partnership with Dominic Calvert-Lewin at Everton.

The Englishman was a regular on the scoresheet last season, but the goals have since dried up for Calvert-Lewin.

However, Lacazette may struggle for minutes when up against Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison.

Interestingly, Calvert-Lewin, alongside Ollie Watkins, has been named as one of the players Arsenal are looking at to replace Lacazette.
