Week 9 Fantasy Rankings: FLEX
Our FLEX rankings for Week 9 are in. Yes, they are technically just a combination of all our RB, WR, and TE rankings, and the order of those players ranked doesn’t change. That said, the combination of all three positions ranked is critical to trying to figure out exactly who to start at the final few spots on your roster. Having a quality flex and making the right start/sit decision can be critical to winning in all fantasy football formats. And for Week 9, that is especially important with six teams on bye.
Some of the league’s best fantasy players are out as a result of all the byes. At running back, Joe Mixon, David Johnson, Marlon Mack, and Saquon Barkley are all off. At receiver, Alshon Jeffery is out and Golden Tate gets the dreaded double-bye after his trade from the Lions to the Eagles. Both Bengals receivers, A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd, are also idle, while Odell Beckham Jr. and Larry Fitzgerald are both on bye, as well. That’s a lot of talent, and the thin player pool makes it a bit more difficult to identify exactly which lower-level flex play fantasy owners may want to target this week.
Week 9 Standard Rankings:
Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker
We have your answers to the position here.
