Week 8 Fantasy Rankings: WR
Our Week 8 fantasy WR rankings are fairly solid near the top, especially thanks to the return of Antonio Brown, Davante Adams, and JuJu Smith-Schuster from bye weeks, but there are some key losses this week. Julio Jones and Keenan Allen are the top names (and Amari Cooper after Monday’s trade to the Cowboys), but a good chunk of this week’s receiver depth is taken out with four teams on bye (Falcons, Cowboys, Chargers, Titans). That makes it difficult to figure out who to start as your WR3 or who might make for a good FLEX play, as some of the widely available guys have tough matchups.
Injuries are also having an impact on the position, as Allen Robinson and Keke Coutee both are struggling through injuries that may keep them out of Week 8 (in Coutee’s case, he’s already been ruled out). That will further thin out the position, but so long as you find a guy that will get consistent targets and opportunities to produce, you should be in good position at receiver.
Week 8 Rankings:
Quarterback | Running Back | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker
As always, we do our best to identify the contenders from the pretenders as we sort through the matchups, targets, and touchdowns.
