Saints, Dez Bryant working on contract, report says

Dez Bryant left New Orleans without a contract, but that doesn’t mean he’s moving on from the Saints.

According to NFL Media, which cited sources, the Saints were impressed with the veteran wide receiver during this week’s workout and the two sides have begun negotiations on a deal.

Bryant visited New Orleans on Monday, working out with fellow wideouts Brandon Marshall and Kamar Aiken. He previously met with the Browns and Ravens, though he didn’t sign a contract with either team.

If a deal gets finalized, Bryant will get the opportunity to play against his former team, as the Saints are scheduled to visit the Cowboys in Week 13.
