Kamaru Usman’s manager has hit back at ‘piece of s*** scumbag’ Conor McGregor after the Irishman accused the welterweight champion of copying his one-liners.

McGregor, 32, took to Twitter on Thursday to accuse Usman of stealing his phrases after the 170-pound king insisted it is ‘green panty night’ when rivals fight him, such is the money that his bouts generate.

The Irishman had previously told former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos that fighting him is a ‘celebration’, as a result of the swathes of money he rakes in, and that the Brazilian’s wife would ‘break out the red panties’.

‘Am I tripping or is this jackass always at this? Everything I say,’ McGregor posted on Twitter to his 8.5million followers in response to Usman’s comment.

However, Usman’s manager Ali Abdelaziz has slammed The Notorious, branding him a ‘scumbag’ before insisting that McGregor does not have the courage to settle his feud with Usman in the octagon.

‘Listen, Conor McGregor is the biggest piece of s*** scumbag in the sport, Abdelaziz told TMZ Sports.

‘Kamaru Usman is a great father, great husband, he’s not a jackass If you have a problem with him, fight the man. But we know Conor doesn’t have the balls.

Usman, 33, recently said that it is ‘green panty night’ for fighters who face him in the octagon

However, McGregor accused the Nigerian Nightmare of stealing his famous one-liners

‘He’s not enough of a man to fight anything like Kamaru. He’s not enough of a man to even look him in his face.

‘If he look him in his face, he’s going to probably say ‘Hello, how are you, how you’re doing sir?’ Because this is like a grown man fighting a little girl, right?

Abdelaziz, who also manages McGregor’s arch rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, added that he has no doubt over the outcome of a possible Usman-McGregor fight.

However, Abdelaziz says McGregor is a ‘scumbag’ and ‘not enough of a man’ to fight Usman

Ali added, ‘The Internet creates a lot of heroes. Everybody can talk s***. But realistically, if you put these two guys in a cage, in a street fight, in the trunk of a car, in a jail cell… you know who’s gonna be whose daddy.’

‘Kamaru Usman will be Conor’s daddy every day of the week.’

Abdelaziz admitted that McGregor is a star, before insisting that the Irishman’s best days are well and truly behind him.

‘I am not worried about Conor. Conor is not my problem. For me, he is a star. I am not gonna take this away from him.

‘But he’s irrelevant as a competitor in his prime. He’s not in his prime anymore, right? He’s just a guy who generates a lot of hype and a lot of money for the UFC and I respect that.’

Usman returns to the octagon to take on Jorge Masvidal in a highly-anticipated rematch later this month in Jacksonville, Florida.

The pair met on Fight Island last July when ‘Gamebred’ stepped in on six days notice to take on the reigning champion. Usman won the fight by unanimous decision.

Meanwhile, McGregor is preparing for his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier, scheduled for July 10.

The Notorious suffered his first defeat by knockout in January, with Poirier clinching a sensational victory to dash McGregor’s hopes of a rematch against Nurmagomedov.
