Logan Paul told he "doesn’t have the balls" to fight ex-world champion

Former two-weight boxing world champion Badou Jack thinks social media star Logan Paul is not "stupid enough" to fight him.

It comes after longtime heavyweight champion Mike Tyson encouraged Paul to take a fight with Jack, a veteran of 30 fights who has previously won titles at super-middleweight and light-heavyweight.

Paul went the distance in an exhibition fight with hall of fame boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr last month, with Jack defeating Dervin Colina by fourth-round stoppage on the undercard that night.

Talking recently on an Instagram live with Tyson, Jack thinks there is no chance Paul would step in the ring with an active fighter like himself.

"I'll fight him. But do you think he'd want to fight me? I don't believe he's got the balls to fight me. I don't think he's stupid enough." Jack said.

Tyson disputed Jack's comments and praised Paul for his performance against Mayweather. 'The Maverick' landed 28 punches of the 217 he threw against 'Money'.

"He is stupid enough to do it. That would be so beautiful, if that could happen," Tyson said.

"He did really well in the Floyd fight, so it's a possibility he could go a couple of rounds with you, a couple of exciting rounds."

Social media stars turned pugilists, Logan and his brother Jake have become household names in combat sports of late.

Jake defeated UFC flop Ben Askren in April to pick up his third win as a professional. Jack fought Blake McKernan on the undercard of that event, winning a hard-fought unanimous decision.

'The Problem Child' is now in for a big step-up in competition when he fights former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley on August 28.

Perhaps casting doubt on a fight with Jack, Logan on other hand has been linked to fights with Tyson and UFC legend Anderson Silva

Transitioning from the octagon to the boxing ring, the 46-year-old Silva defeated Julio Cesar Chavez Jr by split decision last month. It was Silva's first boxing fight in over 15 years, making his win against the former WBC middleweight titleholder even more impressive.

Silva is a fan of the Paul brothers newfound success in the combat sports world and didn't rule out fights against them.

“Wow, in the future everything is possible. Both brothers, I respect them both. They’re good boys – smart boys too and I think that’s good for the future," Silva said.

"Especially right now, everything’s changed in the world. People like to see the big shows. The entertaining shows."

These comments prompted a response from Logan in a somewhat vague tweet, stating: "Crazy how growing up, my goal was to be like Anderson Silva (eyes emoji)."
