WWE news: Which RAW stars will appear tonight on SmackDown as part of Wild Card Rule?

Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, Lars Sullivan, Elias and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston appeared on Monday Night RAW and McMahon decided that from now on up to four WWE superstars will get the opportunity to cross over on different brands for one night only.

Mr McMahon’s new initiative is expected to continue tonight and AJ Styles already teased an appearance as he may be looking to recruit some friends from the blue brand to help him with his Universal Championship bid ahead of Money in the Bank.

Styles will challenge Universal Champion Seth Rollins on May 19 at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut and took exception to Reigns’ appearance on RAW.

The Phenomenal One felt like The Big Dog was there to back up Rollins, with whom he worked together as part of the legendary Shield stable.

The No1 Contender may be part of SmackDown tonight at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky and could recruit a few wrestlers to help him in his title pursuit.

According to Wrestling Inc, Styles is booked for SmackDown’s live events on WWE’s European Tour, which starts on Wednesday in Belfast and runs through May 17 in Cardiff.

US Champion Samoa Joe is also set to appear on the blue brand’s house shows in Europe so he could make a surprise appearance in Louisville.

Six-time tag team champions The Usos as well as two-time women’s champion Naomi are also scheduled for SmackDown appearances.

However, only four of them will get to cross over as McMahon declared that if more superstars appear they will either be suspended or sacked.

WWE haven’t hinted at anyone else appearing this evening but did give an idea of what to expect from tonight’s show.

Shane McMahon will crown new SmackDown Tag Team Champions after Jeff Hardy suffered a knee injury and had to relinquish the belts with his brother Matt.

Kevin Owens will respond to Kingston’s attack from last week ahead of their WWE Championship Match at Money in the Bank.

Ali and Andrade are also scheduled to square off before the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match that will see them battling the likes of Braun Strowman, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin, Randy Orton and Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor.

Ember Moon, Carmella and Bayley will take on Charlotte Flair, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose in a Six Woman Tag Team Match.
